I like it. I didn’t like how overplayed it was, but it was just getting popular when I made my 1st visit to England (July 2005), so it’s got some nostalgia attached to it for me.
There was this BBC radio comedy show (I think it was The Now Show) that would constantly rip on this song back when it was popular, playing the "my life is brilliant" beginning bit randomly throughout the series and it was goddamn hilarious. For the longest time after that I'd just butt into conversations with that line
I hate it and the I watched this movie with Reese Witherspoon and they made me hate mankind… I still don't know why I saw it, wil to death or something I guess
