Both sweet and a little bit astringent, this ice cream is fantastic!
Yogurt adds a pleasing liveliness to ice cream, and makes it very refreshing too. The recipe calls for fruit, which can be whatever you choose that's fresh and ripe. You can also make plain yogurt ice cream, which is perfect on a hot day.
- 14 ounces (350 g) whole unsweetened yogurt
- 6 (150 g) ounces fresh fruit
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) cream
- 1/4 cup (50 g) sugar
