I don't agree with it, but i's a nice concept.
i think the use of weak in the discription of Yin has a double meaning, not as in weak in relation to physical or mental weakness/strengths, but in terms of soft and delicate, like a flower :-D lol
the yin-yang shows both halves in one which is alto like me cuz im complete opposites somtimes it deppends on how i slept
