Samus, because she's less realistic. Infinite Ammo, Ice, Plasma, Electricity, Homing Beams, Charged Beams, almost always has at least two level of armor,can scan for weakness,can be boosted to levels where everything around her seems slow, could steal master chiefs weapons with her grappling thingy, and can go morph/spider ball becoming incredibly fast and near impossible to hit. Take them both and put them under real world conditions, and I think Master Chief would take it.
