Best wat to kill yourself slowly

 --

i respect vegans , but seriously, i think that is sick....

Not really,in my case I'm quite happy and alot healthier than before. I actually managed to grow strong finger nails after years ago when I became a vegan. "Sick" to me would be to have continued eating meat or animal derived products. And the best way to send yourself to the grave is by eating things that the body cannot digest 100%. Like "meat". A filthy colon is what kills people, like when mr.John Wayne died and the autopsy was performed. The forensics  found a ton of undigested fecal matter."YUCK" now that is really "sick".

blablabla, the famous vegan speech , you REALLY think in eat vegetals like a contract about increase your life?, CMON!!! violence kill people, war kill people, guns kill people and ignorance kill people, NOT MEAT, maybe the meat in EXCESS but not THE MEAT ;P and when i said BEST WAY TO KILL YOURSELF SLOWLY is about kill your human  instinct and became one dumb-zombie.

Sorry, but vegan is one sick and sad RELIGION.

Rodrigoyue, the fact that more people die as a consequence of war, violence, and ignorance is obvious.

And when you say that my story is the"famous" vegan story I have to disagree. I know many people who have done it by choice, extreme food allergies, lack of intestinal flora or because you cannot call yourself an animal lover and not care about other than cute cats or dogs.

If you actually took the time to do some research before you postulate about me and other vegans, you will see that there is medical proof of how toxicity in the colon can affect: Speech, mental ability, sensory locomotion, liver, kidney's, lungs and sex impulse. This can happen from eating meat or animal derived products, genetically engineered or refined foods.

So far no vegan as lost the human instinct  or became a zombie, I have no idea why you feel that you must use such a punchline in order to get your point across.  And being a vegan is not a religion, is a choice that is not for everyone but can do good things for those who choose to follow it.

I am not trying to change anyone or force them to think like me, I placed my comment as a way to show that for me, vegan has had a positive impact.

I tried to go vegan a few years back, I didn't have the will power to stay away from meat or the support of peers and family, plus I hate cooking and researching what food products I could buy etc…

I can go without meat, but I still need animal milk products. I don’t know what I’d eat without cheese!

Vegan is not a religion..
At least not in my eyes. I wouldn't classify it as "enjoyable" you know, it's not like riding a rollercoaster or something. But I adore animals and I wouldn't eat them, or wear them for that matter.

I've been vegan since I can remember and before that I was vegetaran. I have spent countless hours researching recipies (I would love to be a chef) and looking up the properties and effects they have on your body.

There is absolutely no stable proof that meat is anything but bad for you. A vegan diet is very healthy and energizing. Since I've switched, I haven't been sick more than twice in a year. I also have more energy and better skin, hair, and nails.

Of course, it depends on how you fill in the nutritional gaps once you go vegan. Eating junk food all the time wouldn't have the same results. Rodrigoyue, you seem to believe that all vegans eat is vegetables and fruit. This is far from true. There are HUNDREDS of other foods for vegans. Whipped creme, hot dogs, pizza, chocolate, ice cream, soup, and anything else you can imagine can also be found in a veganized state, which usually has fewer calories and more nutrients.

Next time do some research before you start calling a way of life "sick." It's extremely offensive.

Check out peta.com and happycow.com for stores and recipies that are vegan.
