Bloody Beautiful, mate!
You absolutely have to eat these with a creamy liquid of sorts. I prefer coffee, but am seriously considering Bailey’s Irish Cream just for fun. You bite off opposing corners on either end of the tim tam, stick one end in your coffee/Irish Cream and suck the liquid through the biscuit. It’s called a “tim tam slam”. Shit loads better than Oreos
P.S. Australian’s call “cookies” biscuits, like all sensible English speakers (a cookie is something that makes internet navigation oh so easy!).
