The ultimate act of shameless pop sadism: Bjorn, the beardless smug-looking bloke out of Abba, dumps his rather doleful wife and bandmate, Agnetha, for a young, fun-loving hottie with a more agreeable bum. The typically melancholic singer then gets even more depressed.

Mere weeks’ later, our shameless friend writes a song about what it’s like to be cast aside and to be left feeling alone, dejected, and utterly defeated. He then makes his mopey blonde ex-missus sing it.

“Tell me does she kiss, like I used to kiss you”, she is forced to intone, as if at gunpoint…
