The executives at Fox were perplexed by the kiddie’s lukewarm response to this superhero spoof featuring an escaped mental patient as a protagonist. Instead of moving this to an evening timeslot where viewers are more likely to understand satire, they let it languish as part of their Saturday morning cartoon lineup. They then cancelled it for underperforming.
