Forget the mini-series. The book is a modern classic that holds up after all these years. Suffers a tad from King’s inability to end many of his novels well, but very close to my heart for plot, characters, and themes. When a character goes in this one you really feel it.

Yeah i agree. I especially liked the original unedited writer’s cut. Those extra pages man.
