The first movie was awesome. I tend to block out the two following. ha ha

first movie was groundbreaking in both concept and filming, next two were forgettable. Wo Ping rocks!
The first movie was by far the best in it’s series. The anime matrix was also good. the matrix reloaded and the matrix revolutions fell a bit short and giving a really cineamatic experience. all in all it had a good run. I enjoy the movies I own them all.
Hmm I didn’t really like the Matrix films that much, even as a Hugo Weaving fan they didn’t appeal to me. Good storyline and everything, just not my thing.

The special effects in the film are just brilliant. The training of Leo and the subway fight seen is just amazing in the movie, so you can fault that. Remember this movie is a SCFI movie.
I see prefer The Matrix Reloaded better for the effects.
I think the Matric is the best SCFI trilogy ever for its special effects. It takes some watch to actually know whats going on, but once you know the SCFi story behind the movies, then its just brilliant. Aliens is also great.
The effects are outstanding in all 3 movies. but story and content wise the original is the only good one. that one deal with some great scifi and existential themes while the second is basically just an action movie that doesn't really move the story in any direction and the last one is just a love movie (and bad love movie at that) then at the end they try to wrap the story up but it doesn't really work.
such a shame after the original was VERY good... the animatrix is very nice too.
I bet nasef is Agent Smith. I saw him in a car a few days ago and he was just starring at me. He had the same car, suit, and glasses. He scares me. XD
