Pop Punk with zombie and ghoulish twists
The Groovie Ghoulies are a punk rock’n’roll band from Sacramento, California consisting of Kepi, Roach, and Scampi. They have been around for many years and are constantly, dedicatedly touring the world spreading Ghoulish Love. They will inevitably brighten up your life
They love to rock and they love the road! They love to rock and it shows! Every show is treated as an event. Since 1997 they have done 7 U.S. tours, 2 Canadian tour, and 3 European tours!! The rest of the world cannot be far behind!
It’s more than monsters, it’s a celebration of culture! Beyond their B-movie, rock, and punk influences, the Ghoulies make the most of the touring life. They have forsaken the tired rock stereotypes of drugs and self-destruction to go to Mount Rushmore, Graceland, Roswell, or hang out with other bands.
They’re not just fans, they’re family! Although it’s nothing like a Kiss or Rob Zombie show, the Ghoulies decorate the stage with a few toys and things to provide themselves and the crowd a level of comfort and familiarity. Prizes are often thrown, requests are often taken, and the venue becomes a meeting hall for the Ghoulie family reunion!!
They’re not just musicians, they’re music fans! The Ghoulies love music, they love their fans, and they also love other bands! They catch other bands on their days off, and they try to make their own live show one they themselves would want to see!
