Talking Nonsense to animals and Babies

I could seriously do without this. Studies show that if you talk to babies like you would a normal person, their vocbulary grows quicker and broader.

ya but everybody talks to babys like they are babies, its so cute to see them giggle and smile, true they are probably laughing at us for acting ridiculus but I still do it :)

Well, I'm personally against it. But, each to their own.

i have to agree i think it's degrading for the child to be spoken to this way… espaically when the are old enough to understand u… so anoying

My stepdad talks to people like this, not so much with the "Booze-a boo-boo" but he raises his tone and it seems that he's talking down to people… I nearly killed the fucker…

I get pissed when someone who is actually very simple minded talks to you like they're talking to a little baby. It's like, they do it because they know they're stupid and they want to feel smarter or something.

my sister makes fun of me when i sqeak and talk all funny to anything cute and fluffy...
