In this drama, director Yun Suk-Ho worked with actor Song Seung-hun (Calla, Ice Rain), who also acted in Autumn Fairy Tale and Son Ye-jin (The Classic, Crazy First Love).

Song Seung-hun is Yoo Min Woo, an architect who lost his first love, Eun Hye (Shin Ae), in a traffic accident. He believes he will never be able to fall in love again until he meets Shim Hye Won (Son Ye-jin) in the mountains three years later, and she reminds him of his first love. Hye Won, who had been a sickly child with a heart problem had a heart transplant with Eun Hye’s heart. Neither Min Woo nor Hye Won, however, are aware of who the donor was.

Both lovers find complications in maintaining their love, because Hye Won is already attached to Park Jung Jae (played by actor Ryu Jin), and Jung Jae’s younger sister Jung Ah, the best friend of Hye Won, is also pursuing Min Woo.

The drama revolves around the love triangles of Min Woo, Hye Won, Jung Jae, and Jung Ah.
