“Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip” is a late-night sketch comedy show where humor is currently in very short supply. One of the executive producers had a meltdown (live on the air, naturally) the control room is a mess and the actors aren’t much better off. The show’s only hope lies in “wunderkind” writers Danny Tripp and Matt Albie (each with problems of his own), as well as new network entertainment chief Jordan McDeere (who’s determined to turn the show around, no matter what).
