Firstly, you’re from Kentucky and I’m English, so we must remember that we are divided by a common language, as I think Churchill said.
Now, can you do a ‘rolled r’ or ‘rrr’ sound? I can’t, I have to admit – but, like Czechs who can’t either, I can fake it with a repeated ‘t-d-t-d’ sequence. Anyway, assuming that you can:
st-rrr-tch p-rrr-st sk-rrr-z k-rrr-k
A rough approximation with vowels creeping in would be:
stirch pirst skirz kirk
but the ‘rrr’ sound – like two similar sounds in Sanskrit – functions as a sort of vowel sound in itself.
Slavonic languages are littered with (for them, quite natural) ‘funny’ groups of consonants. My favourites in Russian are vzvod ‘platoon’ and tknut’ ‘to poke’. The apostrophe after the ‘t’ in tknut’ means you pronounce it (roughly) ‘t-k-noot-yeh’
(For the record, ‘twas Shaw who said the “divided by a common language” quip. I have a comparative book of British vs. American English with that very title.)

So could you provide a pronunciation guide, perchance?
Of course, Silthilar. Hello again.

Hope this suits!
