The Spice Girls were an all female pop group who formed in 1994 in London, England. They were a diverse group of five young women who embraced merchandising and introduced the term Girl Power into popular discourse. After releasing their début single, “Wannabe,” in 1996 the group went to become a major pop phenomenon.
Selling in excess of 55 million records, they were one of the biggest selling female groups of all time. They released three studio albums and ten singles and starred in the film Spiceworld: The Movie, which grossed $29 million (US) at the box office

i loved them when i was four. they were my very first CD. i would sit in a corner and listen to them, singing off-key while my mom put away laundry…good times. =) of course tho they were my first CD, i always loved Beatles the most…=X. i still have the movie on VHS. and two of they''re 3 CD's released.
