The real name for what some people, especially Aussies & Americans, call “Soccer” is FOOTBALL . It was football in 1866 and in 1966 and so it is today. It’s The beautiful game so please don’t call it soccer.
Well in the U.S. we like to do things differently, but I do call it football sometimes.
