EDIT: Upon Google Image Searching, I discovered that Smarties are a completely different candy in the UK! Oh well.

When I was younger me and my friends would crush them up while they were still in the wrapper and then open the end of the wrapper a little bit and smoke the Smartie dust. It hurt like hell ;)

I like the Smarties in the cello wrappers. Those were my favourite candies to get when I went trick-or-treating as a kid.
