I get like 3-7 hours of sleep a day. If i'm lucky I'll get 6-9 hours of sleep a day...
Go to bed between 10pm-12am and wake up between 2-7am (mainly 2-5am though)

yep there is, I've never had it my sel f but if a person has uncontrolable insomnia for to long they can go crazy because your body and especially your mind needs the rest period that sleep gives us
i dont mind doing that
four hours is two little for me but its enough for your body to go through 2 REM cycles so thats good

13 hours!!! wow I haven't slept for that long it a llooonnnggg time lol I remember when I was a kid I stayed up for abot 45 hours straight just playing with friends and running on suger highs and when I came home I went to bed right before dinner and when I woke up it was dinner time so I thought I just took like a 15 minute nap but actually a whole day had gone by XD
Hehe, that's a funny story, i never thought that could actually happen! *smile* Also, it shows how unhurried the days were when you were a child. I suppose for most grown-ups, it would be impossible to sleep a whole day because there is always something they must attend to.
so true :/ unfortunatly time changes as you get older it becomes more and more like a luxury that shouldnt be wasted

a lot of such things are bullshit. Here is an example, true story
Scientist found out that people who shave themself more are healtier then men who doesnt shave themself much. Just pick 1000 men from the street, the ones with a beard are more unhealty then men with smooth skin. So shaving is good for your health.
Now logical?
Men who life in a less wealthy enviroment, labour jobs and all. Dont need to shave themselfs for work. Men who have manager function needs to shave themselfs. Men in less wealthy enviroment have harder labour work mostly more unhealty, they eat more unhealthy, they smoke more and so thats why they are unhealthy.AND not because they dont shave!
