Skandar Keynes is a young actor whose first notable film part was at the age of ten playing the part of Enzo Ferrari as a child in the film Enzo Ferrari, directed by Carlo Carlei and produced by Duemila.
At the age of twelve he was cast to play Edmund Pevensie in the Walden Media/Disney films based on the seven classic children’s books by C.S. Lewis The Chronicles of Narnia. The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe released in 2005 and Prince Caspian released May 2008. Both films are directed by Andrew Adamson. Skandar will be playing Edmund again in Voyage of The Dawn Treader to be directed by Michael Apted.
Skandar lives in London with his parents Randal Keynes and Zelfa Hourani , his sister Soumaya and two cats Miss 'Peri' Puss and Mr 'Fil' Boots. He is represented in the UK by Christian Hodell at Hamilton Hodell and in the US by Brian Swardstrom at Endeavor.
