Okazaki Shin'ichi and Serizawa Reira (Layla) from Yazawa Ai manga and anime series, Nana.
On the most basic level, Shin and Reira are members of rival bands. After meeting, they persue a 'business' relationship at first (ie Reira bought Shin who had been selling himself for money), but eventually it becomes clear that they have developed feelings for each other and Reira is no longer one of Shin's 'customers.'
