Shania Twain, OC (born August 28, 1965) is a Canadian singer and songwriter who has enjoyed popular success in the country and pop music genres. Her third album Come on Over is the biggest-selling album of all time by a female artist, and the seventh biggest selling album in music history, and she is the only female artist to have three albums certified Diamond by the RIAA . Twain is also the recipient of numerous awards, including five Grammy awards and nearly forty BMI Songwriter awards. She is married to legendary Rock producer Mutt Lange, and they have a son, Eja. Currently, Shania and her family reside between Switzerland and New Zealand.
