A powerful and greedy sorcerer and a primary antagonist in the Mortal Kombat series, Shang Tsung is a demonic shapeshifter who needs to absorb spirits in order to sustain his health and quality of life. His nemesis is Liu Kang, but throughout his unnatural lifespan, he has earned the hatred of many others, including Kung Lao and Kenshi. Only Quan Chi can match his skills as a sorcerer while he's easily surpassed in the field by Shao Kahn, Shinnok, and Onaga.
