just kidding. But realy i can’t understand a word people from dundee and inverness say. Aberdeen is quite understandabe though. People with posh scottish accents sound like twats mind you. rant done.

i visited here about 1 year ago, I could not undertand a word they said. I had to ask this guy to repeat what he was saying like 8 times before I understood him
I've been told by a friend in England that I have a Scottish accent (well duh really), but compared to a lot of people in my local region, i'd like to think I sound a lot clearer.
And I was born in Inverness and lived there a couple of years, so yeah me!
Schottish accents is sooo hot and hard to understand, I luv it.
Especially, there are full of emotions in a tone.

I'm in the US. We just had a visitor from Scotland at our house for two weeks. (He's a very possible future son-in-law). His accent was delightful and quite easy to understand. He charmed my wife and I to death with his sparkling wit and humor. I am quite proud of my Scottish heritage.

I didn't get a Scottish boy to visit us. My daughter, who is 34 years old got a 37 year old Scottish man to come visit her while SHE was visiting US. He will be coming back in January. He Loves our Southern US accents. So he is teaching us a Scot accent and we are teaching him how to talk like Scarlett O'hara. We talk to him by phone every day.

Scottish accents are the sexiest accents in the world. I am American and my Paul is Scottish and has a beautiful accent. I could listen to him talk forever.
