Sarcasm is surely the best thing, if it carries weight and promotes truth. It’s a friend of hilarity. It seems like a good thing, unless we are suffering from too much sarcasm!

I use sarcasm every day of my life, it is quite amusing when you come across people who do not get sarcasm at all.
I can be completely sarcastic with a straight face… it confuses people so much. They don’t expect it from me. I can keep it up for hours before people know I’m completely un-serious. I should have my own TV show.

Sarcasm and deceit are not the same thing. Sarcasm is generally more like… intentional irony, I guess. Deceit is trying to give someone a false impression, usually to hurt them in someway. I’m a very honest person. In fact, I am more honest than most of my MALE friends.

The top honcho of the company I work for is known for his sarcasm especially when he’s had a little drink. In one of the company parties he referred to one employee as a “non-performing asset” Some got it (the employee is one of the best, but is always absent due to various family problems).
But as soon as they got it, their laughter is cut short as they were immediately thinking if the boss may also be thinking of them the same way LOL

It's a way of covering my emotions... when you're sad just come up with a sarcastic remark and be amazed! it works for me every time.
