Ryu is the leader of the young korean group Battle. He was chosen by Andy at the end of a reality tv show called Battle Shinhwa. He has been complimented for his looks, charms, dance, elocution and easygoing personality.
Before joining his current company, Ryu already had a following of fans because of his modelling carreer. He even appreared in a CF with popular singer Se7en and won many modelling competitions in korea and Japan.
These days, he is working hard with Battle, recording their debut album, and studying acting. He has already acted in a few korean dramas and variety shows and is quite determined to become a well established actor later on.
