Ryoko Hirosue, born July 18 1980, is a Japanese actress and popstar. She is best known in the West for her appearance in the movie Wasabi by Luc Besson.
She plays in Japanese Dramas since 1995 after winning a model competition and started a musical career in 1997.
She won several awards such as the Newcomer of the Year award of the Japanese Academy in 1998.
Ryoko married Takahiro Okazawa (岡沢高宏) on the 17th of January in 2004 and has delivered a baby boy on the 10th April, 2004. They divorced on March 2008. :(
