I couldn't run for almost a year and a half. Before I didn't like doing it. Now I really appreciate it.
Why couldn't you?
Well, I had a problem in my knees, so I couldn't do anything that required effort from them, mainly running, jumping, dancing, that stuff.
This is addicting.
i like to running in nature…i feel the silence around me…and i feel free…
i'm feeling like i'm flying while i'm running...
it feels great:D i don' t feel my legs and they start to hurt after a while but it's great anyway:D
when it all gets just about too much,just start running.
i love running. had to quit til further notice since my knee hurts…which im fixing slowly. but oh how i miss it. best and worst thing ever
