Ruiza, a talented guitarist and songwriter, is the lead guitarist for the Japanese visual-kei band “D”. He has also been involved with such bands as Distray (1996 – 1999), LAYBIAL (1999 – 2000), and Syndrome (2000 – 2002). His latest solo release is titled “Amenity Gain” and is completely instrumental. Ruiza’s music is amazing to begin with, but what makes it so wonderful to me is the fact that its amazingness only increases as you get deeper and deeper into a song. Take “amenity gain” for example. Starting off, it’s a catchy song and it sounds good, but as the song progresses, it only gets better. There’s more of Ruiza’s guitar to be heard and he seems to play you right into a musical theater filled with swift and exceptional guitar solos. So, don’t stop a song before it has a chance to really start! Listen to it completely and experience what it is Ruiza wants the world to hear!
