A true Florentine recipe, 'Ribollita' is a soup which dates back to the times of 'poor' and slow-food. It was usually prepared with vegetables and bread leftovers. Now it's back in fashion.... yummy!
Main ingredients: Tuscan bread, beans, carrots, cabbage, potatoes, tomato sauce, zucchini, celery, leek.
Suitable and recommended for vegetarians :)
