Reject False Icons is a phrase commonly used by the band Gorillaz. Many say it can mean anything you want. Most people think of it as rejecting the crappy 'talents of Pop Idols'; idololizing talentless celebrities. Your little "popstars" are nothing but rubbish; they make songs without meaning, and take the artistic skills to educate and enlighten and use it as moronic entertainment; to entertain lazy bastards who don't feel like searching deep down for good music. As murdoc likes to put it: "True talent should be food for the soul, not turds for the mind".
