Reading before Sleeping

i 4get where,  but i heard somthing bad about reading before sleeping. i forgotsded what it was… i do it all the time though and im still living so whatever it is im sure its not that bad,lol:P

I love when I have a dream about the story I read.

I need to start reading again I have piles upon piles of unread books and i keep buying more. :(

I wouldn’t say it’s the best thing to help you sleep but it’s pretty good though ;)

I like to read before i go to sleep always not cuz it helps me sleep ofcource hehe. I do dat since i was achild, i just love it..lol

yea.. its so relaxing especially wen were reading a rly nyc book.. and its soo .. i love it

I always end up sleeping way to late if the book is really good!
