One time in 11th grade, during a high school play, I took the liberty of planting nude photos of several models on stage in an innocent attempt to get the other cast members to break character. After the play, one of the actresses complained that the pictures were all of women, so the next year, during an Anne Frank play, I mixed two decks of pornographic playing cards: one with nude women and the other with nude men, to replace a card deck to be used as a prop on stage. It bothered me that the male cards showed genitals, while the female cards only showed breasts.
Well, because nobody could prove that I did it. Anyway, trying to make your fellow cast members break character during one of the productions was tradition, and the planting of pornography was also a tradition. I wasn't about to let it die while I was in high school.
pretty soon, I'll be working as a substitute teacher as a second job at the same school, and I'll get to see if any of those traditions have survived the six years since I graduated. I really doubt any of them have, but perhaps I can resurrect some of them.
