Please Save My Earth is a long-running manga and 6 episode OVA.

16 year-old Arisu Sakaguchi has just moved to Tokyo with her family; and she hates it. The smog, the concrete, and the sprawl is nothing like her old home in the country where she was surrounded by plants and nature. Not to mention that her new neighbor, 7 year-old Rin Kobayashi, terrorizes her with his antics every time she steps out her door.

Arisu meets two boys named Issei Nishikori and Jinpachi Ogura at school. After a misunderstanding about a private conversation that Arisu witnessed, the two explain they have dreams that coincide with each others; all of them about an alien team of researchers that study the Earth from the moon. Interested in this, Arisu quickly becomes their friend.

A frightening accident occurs after Rin displays his jealousy of Jinpachi to Arisu, leaving him comatose by her hand. After Rin recovers, a bond is built between them. But, Rin begins to change. At night, he flys about the city with psychic powers, and Arisu has a dream about the lunar research team. What connection lies between Rin's sudden change and the strange dreams?
