A pisco sour is a cocktail from PERU which contains pisco (a regional brandy made of Quebranta or Muscat grapes), lemon (green or yellow following the tastes), egg whites, and liquid cane sugar (which is much simpler to mix than granulated sugar), or powdered sugar.

This drink is great. I love the sour taste. It has a powerful effect on your head so proceed with caution.
I've lived in three different continents and this is by far the best cocktail ever. It's sweet enough to be tasty, but tart enough to not be overwhelming and strong enough to get you going just after 2.
They're amazing!!! I've never had a Pisco Sour quite done like they do it in Lima, for some reason, outside of Lima no one can get it quite right just yet.
