Phil Ken Sebben

Harvey’s mysterious boss, Phil, has mysterious ways of running a law firm. He is a suave, sharp dressed man previously known as the character “Falcon Seven” from the original Galaxy Trio series. Phil’s main problem is that the patch over his eye makes him see objects as six feet further to the left then they actually are. This handicap however has no effect on his ability to pour his daily two glasses of Scotch in the morning. Although seemingly very stern and forthright, Phil always finds time to enjoy a hearty laugh over a good dislocated arm… and just about anything else.
