i like eating apple slices with peanut butter.
I actually used peanut butter in my weight loss efforts, and it worked. People are so scared to eat it because it’s fattening, but it only takes a small amount to satiate you, due to its consistency—so skip nasty lowfat substitutes and enjoy the good stuff (in moderation, like everything).
I know it may sound weird at first, but Jamba Juice and I think either Smoothie King or Planet Smoothie (all big chain type places) each serve a variety of a PB&J type smoothie, which I make with peanut butter (1 TBSP , or 2, if you prefer) and soymilk (or regular milk, if you prefer) and add what I like—such as fresh strawberries, bananas, etc. I used these to help me lose weight; plus, they taste fantastic and can take the place of milkshake, and they are good for you. What more could you want?
