Lyrically (words), thematically (ideas), and especially sonically (sounds), this might be the greatest rap album I’ve ever heard. Or anyone’s ever heard. Forget about these repetitive beats you hear all the time today. This was making something new and brilliant out of the history of music.

Rap is just poor mans punk. If you're gonna talk about kicking sh1t out of something, hey go and do it like a proper punk ya know? lol. Lets not even get started on eminempussy lol.
Poor mans punk?? does it get any poorer than punk?! I think not. At least these guys try to make words rhyme and as for the beastie boys (if u'd take time to learn about ur enemy) they started out punk in NY and evolved into rap.
