Paul Revere and the Raiders

Group that became famous in the 1960’s but Paul and a band of Raiders still play in Branson, Missouri. Mark Lindsay, their lead singer of their hit records, has a radio show in Portland, Oregon in Saturday nights. Big hits by The Raiders were, “Kicks”, “Hungry”, “Just Like Me”, “Indian Reservation”, among many others. They were the house band on “Where The Action Is” and also Paul Revere and Mark Lindsay, hosted “Happening 68’”, “Happening 69’” and “It’s Happening”. They were guests on many shows in the 1960’s including “The Ed Sullivan Show”, “Hullablaloo” and “Batman”. Other members of The Raiders included Keith Allison, Freddy Weller, Phil “Fang” Volk, Carlos Driggs, Omar Martinez, Charlie Coe, the late Mike “Smitty” Smith, Phil Drake and Jim Valley. Current members include Ron Foos, Darren Medley (their current lead singer and the son of Righteous Brother Bill Medley), Danny Krause and Doug Heath. This group is very underrated and belong in the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame!
