Naruto Uzamaki

The Hidden Leaf Village, home to the world's bravest ninja and Naruto Uzumaki, the world's biggest knuckle-head ninja! Known for his wild behavior and crazy pranks, this boy holds a terrible secret: the infamous Nine-Tailed Fox demon! His father, the Fourth Hokage, Yondaime, died sealing the Fox demon in Naruto.

When Naruto becomes furious, he begins to transform into the Nine-Tailed Fox. His whiskers get thick, his eyes gleam red, his teeth grow into fangs, and his nails get sharp. This is the Nine-Tailed Fox taking control. Later in the regular episodes, red chakra swarms around him and forms tails. The more control the Fox has, the more tails the chakra creates. 

In the academy days, Naruto placed dead last in his class. Everyone rejected him and ignored him. Now, Naruto seeks to prove his worth and existence by becoming Hokage. 

After the Third Hokage's death, Naruto helped Jiraiya, the Toad Sage, find Lady Tsunade, the new Hokage. Under Jiraiya's apprenticeship, Naruto learns Rasengan and becomes a little perverted. Unfortunately, Lord Orochimaru, the heartless one who killed the Third Hokage, sought Tsunade's healing powers to mend his cursed arms. Tsunade became Hokage thanks to Naruto's courage and loyalty.     

His teammates are Kakashi Hatake, Sakura Haruno, and Sasuke. He became best friends with Sasuke. Unfortuately, Sasuke chose a different, dark path. When Naruto tried to rescue Sasuke from himself, he turns into the Nine-Tailed Fox, but was gravely injured by Sasuke's newly found power: the curse mark.

In the Shippuden episodes, Naruto and Jiraiya come back to the Leaf Village after two straight years of training. 

Naruto is stubborn, brave, confident, and powerful. His weakness is a big, steaming bowl of ramen noodles from Ichiraku's ramen shop. Iruka Sensei buys Naruto ramen every once in a while.
