yes. I don’t know what is more pure than music. Especially with what is contributed by heavy weights of the medium like Paris Hilton, Good Charlotte, Britney Spears…

“Music” is too general of a term. If someone were to say, “I like music,” that could conceivably mean that he or she likes ALL music, which would include Rockwell, Nickelback, Tim McGraw, Tiny Tim, Jennifer Lopez, and Argent. It is better to be specific so this does not happen.
