Still todays I think that it is probably the most absorbing and ironic game I’ve ever played!
man does this bring back memories, I had completley forgoten about this one. I can still hear the 8bit theme in my mono 386 (DX no less) speaker!
The new pirates of the caribean movie reminded me alot secret of monkey island they have stolen alot of thinks from the game.
Both the Pirates of the Caribbean films and the Monkey Island series were based on the original Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disneyland.
Monkey Island is easily the best and funniest adventure game ever created. I love it!
This has to be one of the best classic computer game series and will be etched in my mind forever. I miss it so much!
