Minka Kelly portrays Lyla Garrity, Panther’s cheerleader and girlfriend of star quarterback Jason Street, in the NBC television drama “Friday Night Lights.”
No stranger to the camera lens, Kelly has had a successful career in modeling and television commercials.
She had a recurring role on the WB’s “What I Like About You,” and has guest-starred on NBC ’s “American Dreams” and Fox’s “Cracking Up.” Her television debut was on Nickelodeon’s hit show “Drake and Josh.”
Most recently, Kelly completed shooting a lead role in the independent feature “The Dinner Party.”
Kelly currently resides in Los Angeles, California. Her Birthday is June 24.
