This 2003 Australian TV movie stars Erika Heynatz, Nikita Ager, and Sarah Laine. It's about three mermaid sisters, Diana, Venus, and June, all of whom have differing opinions on humans. I found it to be a rather charming film, and I hope to get it on either DVD or VHS at some point.
