C'mon, full episodes and full movies + everything else like on youtube (except popularity). Much faster than youku.com and it's in english too.
The downsides are the softcore ads and the viewing limit that keeps you waiting a couple of hours everytime you watch it for more than 1 and a half hour in a row.
Well, it couldn't be perfect :/
