Marianne’s creates 72 flavors of fresh, homemade ice cream for in-store and Bay Area wholesale customers, including the Gilroy Garlic Festival’s famous garlic flavor, which is served daily at San Francisco’s Stinking Rose restaurant. More traditional store favorites include the “1020,” a blend of caramel ice cream, chocolate swirl and Oreo cookie crumble; a delectable mint chip made with whole chocolate mint patties; and the “Alice B. Toklas fudge brownie.”
