Ummm, I’ve never seen one in the sea, but I’ve seen plenty in Florida rivers and springs. They sort of don’t like salt water. :)
But I still checked every box because manatees are the best. (well, a close second to pandas, anyway.)
They are little (well, not so little) darlings, aren’t they though?
