i love to cook and learning how to cook different foods is a pasttime of mine. if i only cooked the same stuff over and over again i think i might go insane. i have learned how to cook japanese, italian, chinese,and of course good old southern home cooking. this next year will be to learn indian.(including native american) wish me luck.
