Leandro Siqueira

Leandro Siqueira was born in Sao Paulo, on February 12, 1983.

At the age of 17, Leandro Siqueira started acting on the stage of his english school in Sao Paulo. Soon he went to an Acting University where he graduated on Theater Dramatic Arts and Theater Teaching Graduate.

The partnerships and works on theater brought an invitation to work on TAPA (international recognized theater group) directed by Eduardo Tolentino. Leandro didn´t performed any play within the group but worked on all backstage functions and did some dramatic reading.

In 2003 the director Gustavo Trestini called him to make a part in the play Fuenteovejuna (written by Lope de Vega) wich is one of his favorites plays. All the scenes were surrounded by rock and roll soundtracks (his favorites music style) and all the crew was truly envolved with project.

On the same year he perfomed Leleco, a character from Golden´s Mouth (Boca de Ouro), written by Nelson Rodrigues, on the second  university´s play directed by Simone Boer. The absolute success of this play made the presentation´s schedule longer and it never hapened before on that University.
