As far as taking his scifi writing and turning it into a religion is a pretty fine piece of manipulative engineering. The fact that so many people believed his stuff makes him a bit of an economic genius does it not? Certainly how he ingeniously uses phychological profiling to sucker people in then denounces psycohlogy proves this does it not?

I wouldn’t call it church. It’s just a sci-fi book. He said it himself, he created church to get out of paying taxes, to make money and have power. I think scientology is garbage
